President, Founder and Managing Director
Kizzann Sammy
Kizzann Sammy is a bilingual senior development professional with more than 20 years of experience in program implementation for government, private sector, and non-profit organizations, including Caribbean governments, Global Affairs Canada,
the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), the Red Cross Society, UN Environment Programme (UNEP) and UN Women. Kizzann has worked on programs in North America, Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Kizzann specializes in gender lens investing (GLI), and environmental, social and governance (ESG) based investing analysis and design for public and private sector clients. She holds an MA in International Development and an MBA in Economic Crime and Fraud Management. She is also a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts (The RSA), and a member of the Canadian Association of International Development Professionals (CAIDP) and the Canadian Evaluation Society.

Vice President, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Vejai Sammy
Vejai is an IT professional with over 20 years experience in cybersecurity, IT governance, ICT4D, risk management and project management. He has worked in intelligence and border security domains with security organisations such as the OAS/CICTE, INTERPOL, CSIS and SOCA/UK on initiatives aimed at building capacity in regional security operations and has extensive experience in ICS/OT cyber risk management. He has a BSc from the University of London in Computing and Information Systems and an MSc from the University of Liverpool in Information Systems Management.
He holds professional certifications in Project Management (PMP), Service Management (ITIL), Information System Security (CISSP) and Risk and IT Controls (CRISC). Vejai is also a certified digital forensics examiner having received extensive training in digital forensics and ethical hacking and Visual Investigative Analysis (VIA). He has also worked in the field of PCI compliance as a certified PCI-ISA and is a certified ISA/IEC 62443 ICS Cybersecurity Specialist.

Affiliate Senior Consultant – Governance Specialist and Operations Manager
Dr. Scott Marentette
Dr. Scott is a bilingual Governance Specialist and Operations Manager with over 20 years of experience across academic, public, non-profit, union, and private sectors. Scott specializes in aligning governance frameworks with business practices, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. He has led strategic initiatives for organizations like the Canadian Association of International Development Professionals (CAIDP) and the Canadian Community Economic Development Network (CCEDNet). Notably, he spearheaded the execution of a high-profile conference on development cooperation amid geopolitical instability and played a critical role in policy development related to Canada’s $755 Million Social Finance Fund.​

Affiliate Senior Consultant – Land Administration
Miguel Sanjinés
A land information specialist with experience in business, systems, and data analysis pertaining to land mapping, Mr. Sanjinés has more than 19 years of experience in business analysis and project management. He has expertise in business process improvement, data analysis, and land administration procedures.
For the last 13 years, he worked on technologies for land information with specialization in systems for land registration and cadastral management. Mr. Sanjinés has worked as a consultant in land administration and was commissioned to work as a project manager under the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, USAID, Millennium Challenge Corporation, non-profits and the private sector. Mr. Sanjinés has +15 countries and extensive regional experience in Africa, Asia, and Latin America and the Caribbean.

Affiliate Senior Consultant – Crime Prevention and Security Specialist
Yolande De Leon, MSc.
Yolande De Leon is a security and crime prevention specialist with over 25 years of experience across government, civil society, and international sectors. As Research Administrator and Head of International Relations & Resource Mobilization at CARICOM IMPACS, she collaborated with EU, UNODC, and UNDP on regional security initiatives. She later led crime prevention programs as Country Coordinator and Program Coordinator for PADF’s Resistance and Prevention Program (RAPP) and as Crime and Violence Prevention Expert for Project GRACE - both funded by the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) and the U.S. Embassy.
As a consultant, she has supported DAI, MSI, and Resonance Global in security sector reform and community resilience programs. She holds a BA in History and Social Sciences and a Master’s in International Relations from UWI, St. Augustine. Her expertise bridges law enforcement, policy, and community development for effective crime prevention strategies.

Louise Wallace, CAMS
Louise is an experienced, confident and enthusiastic Senior Financial Crime Compliance Analyst with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills. She had spent more than ten years working on various BAU and consulting projects relating to transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, AML/CTF, regulatory engagements, and internal audit within investment banking, wealth management, asset management, private banking and leasing/financing sectors. She has worked with many financial institutions including JP Morgan, Société Générale, Schroders Investment Bank, Accenture, and Protiviti.
Louise holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, as well as professional qualifications obtained from the International Compliance Association ("ICA"), and ACAMS. She has a reputation for agile, process driven delivery of results in high pressure complex financial environments.

Natalia Ramdoo, BSc, CSM, FLMI
With over 12 years of experience and training in project management, UX design and natural resource management, Natalia is most passionate about driving sustainable economic development and crafting meaningful user experiences.
Based in Trinidad & Tobago, Natalia has previously held positions supporting the work of local governments, and regional and international development partners, and currently works in the financial services sector. She thrives in environments where creativity meets strategy, ensuring projects not only succeed but also have a lasting, positive impact. When she's not working, you’ll likely find Natalia at the nearest park or green space lost in a good fiction book!

Veda Sammy is the owner of Veda Maria, LLC. She has been providing her clients with art direction and graphic design solutions for over fifteen years. Before freelancing full time she worked in an array of companies polishing her craft in multiple graphic design arenas from environmental and exhibit, to print and advertising, to web, mobile and interactive.
She specializes in all aspects of strategic brand development, multi-channel user interface design, concept to press-ready print collateral and business development/promotional online and print advertising.
